How are you feeling?
So much is going on in “Repeat Hindsight 20/20”: the Spanish Flu of 1918, the Great Depression from 1929-1933, the1968 Civil Rights Movement, and with Krusty the Clown telling everyone to drink bleach, it’s tough not to feel sad, depressed, anxious, fearful, mad, angry, enraged, and down-right overwhelmed.
We are here right with you.
With the very culturally, sexually, and spirituality diverse members of our Imagine Team, the Brain Trust behind our award-winning Women’s Biz Coop, we’ve had many heated discussions about race, discrimination, and equal opportunities.
Often on our calls, I like to propose we wrap up with an MLK reference, “Where do we go from here: chaos or community?”
Although we don’t have an immediate answer without going toward the “us vs. them” separationist, egoist mentality of who can do what better, why, and how, we can refer to our great prophetic leaders of our time as a lighthouse to stay woke, keeping the unity in our communities: racially from Martin Luther King, Jr.’s thoughts to spiritually from Mother Teresa’s “Anyway” poem.

Whew, it’s been a rough, soul-searching journey to come back to love! Inspired by our wise ones, we can return back to space of love to extend more love to you, your families, and your communities around the world.

In a Yang Power Paradigm, there’re a few that control many, including who gets hired for job jobs, what time you work, how far you’ll go, and how much money you’ll make. We are chimpanzees climbing to the top of the ladder, fighting for food, health, and partners.

In a New Power Paradigm, there’re many and few that control no one, because there is no one ~ only one.
