1. You don’t like being told what to do.
2. You say you want things to change but you don’t really want to do what it takes to change it.
3. You want to keep believing your assumptions and limiting beliefs.
4. You’re not open to new ideas.
5. You cannot imagine your dreams a reality. (This is different from having doubts but moving forward in your dreams anyways.)
6. You’re not motivated to work towards your dreams.
7. You don’t know what you want or need to be happy and you don’t try to figure out what they are.
8. You are not excited about life and what it has to offer.
9. You don’t take responsibility for where you’re at in life (instead blaming others or circumstances).
10. You don’t go for a big life—one you absolutely love everyday.
This is not meant to judge, condemn or criticize if you do all or one of those things. All of us fall into some of these patterns some of the time. The important thing is to not believe all of those things all of the time. I leave you with 8 words: It does not have to be this way. I promise.
