2011
Women’s Biz Coop began at Startup Weekend due to the lack of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Funders insisted that a minority woman can’t start a business or nonprofit.
2015
At the Downtown Club Philadelphia, 1 Shark Tank judge connected us to another for $500,000 pitch in Baltimore. “Idea would never work (stealing it).”
Despite funding, we launched…
2017
Women’s Biz Coop won “Best of Philadelphia” “Best Business Center” category!
Our Founder, Judi Rhee Alloway won “Minority Business Leader” by Philadelphia Business Journal!
2018
Women’s Biz Coop Expansion: Abundance Circle Events from Brooklyn to Miami!
Our Founder, Judi Rhee Alloway traveled from Seattle to Los Angeles for WBC Expansion.
2019
For WBC Expansion, For WBC Expansion, we hired 10 WBC Directors from Philadelphia to Alaska and Hawaii!
Mayor of Philadelphia proclaimed March 5th, 2019 Women’s Biz Coop Day!
2020+
Due to COVID-19, WBC took a turn with 20,000 international members.
In 2021, we looked at who we are, what we stand for, why we exist, and how we can help those hardest hit.
What We Do
Women’s Biz Coop is THE place for women, lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, transgender, intersex, asexual and minority leaders to learn, grow, heal and blossom into their passion, purpose, process, and prosperity ~ an abundant life.
Our “Best Business Center” is an all inclusive Diversity Accelerator ~ your personal island getaway oasis for personal, business, leadership, organizational and community design and development ~ for Resilient Abundance.

Although we primarily serve women, lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, transgender, intersex, asexual and minority executives, we understand the changing nature of our form and energies: masculine doing, feminine being, and combining both into a new infinity!
