You are not alone…

If I haven’t met you online or in person at an __ A or __ Anon meeting, or ran into you at a multicultural community, leadership conference, or City Hall event – Hey, I’m Judi!

And I’m here writing my heart out and shouting from my bullhorn to expose some myths about failure from Yang Power leadership and entrepreneurship…

YOU'RE READY
Read the struggle is real

You think your struggle is…

As an Achiever, you can’t get ahead. You are anxious about rising expenses as your income stays the same…

As a Connector, you have so many family and friends, competing concerns, and pinging notifications that you give up ~ on yourself…

As a Dreamer, you doubt that you’ll ever complete anything or GSD…

As an Organizer, you are overwhelmed  by the lack of efficiency, complications, surprises, and separate systems (which you hate).

And the actual causes are…

Generational Trauma: Many  struggle with the lingering effects of deep-rooted patterns and beliefs passed down, which can impact your self-esteem and decision-making processes.

Family Addictions: The struggle to break free from the cycle of addiction within the family can be a significant barrier.

Abuse Allegiance: The burden of dealing with family addictions and past abuse can lead to feelings of helplessness and isolation.

Poverty and Financial Instability: Economic challenges often create a sense of uncertainty and stress, making it difficult to focus on personal growth and professional aspirations.

It’s important to recognize that the challenges faced due to generational trauma, family addictions, abuse, and poverty are not your fault. These obstacles are deeply rooted in our Yang Power Paradigm and often beyond your personal control.

GET SUPPORT

Why your previous efforts didn’t work

Inadequate Resources: Access to resources that address your specific needs dealing with trauma and addiction is often limited, hindering your ability to implement effective strategies for change.

Lack of Personalized Approach: You may have previously relied on generic solutions that did not address your unique circumstances and needs. Without a tailored approach, it’s challenging to achieve meaningful progress.

Inconsistent Support Systems: A lack of consistent and reliable support can hinder progress. Without a strong network or community to provide encouragement and guidance, you may struggle to maintain momentum in your personal and professional growth.

Deep-Rooted Patterns: Generational trauma and family addictions create entrenched patterns that are hard to break without targeted interventions and guidance.

Women’s Biz Coop Community Members may experience a mix of fear, hope, determination, and injustice as you seek to overcome these obstacles. The desire to stay sober and trauma recovery while pursuing your passions, clarifying your purpose, discovering your process, manifesting your prosperity, and upgrading to a Sober Abundant Life Vision is a common thread that unites us.

Fear of Failure: The fear of repeating past failures can be defeating, hindering progress and self-belief.

Hope for Change: Despite challenges, there is a strong hope for a better future, driven by the desire to upgrade to a Sober Abundant Life Vision.

Determination to Succeed: A Resilient Abundance determination to break free from past limitations and achieve personal and professional growth is a powerful motivator.

Justice to Level the Playing Field: You may have been hindered by systemic barriers and personal circumstances.

However, acknowledging this truth opens a new door of opportunity. This door leads to a path where l/earning, healing, growth, and transformation are possible.

Embracing this Resilient Abundance journey can bring hope and anticipation for a brighter future, where past limitations no longer dictate your potential. As we move forward, let’s explore the possibilities that await on the other side of this door, filled with promise and new beginnings!

More about Judi and our WBC

If you don’t remember me, here’s my 3 Flashy Facts and one interested one of why I started our WBC:

“Top Woman Innovator” by US Department of Labor coach and consultant

“Top Minority Business Leader” by Philadelphia Business Journal

“Best Business Center” 2017 & 2022, Women’s Biz Coop, Founder

I worked for a Wall Street firm until a crippling chronic pain decimated my quality of life for four years, exhausted all Western medical methods to walk and eat solid food again, and turned to Korean, Mongolian, Russian, Celtic, Greenlandic, African American, Native American, Peruvian, and Mexican healers for my body, mind, soul, and spirit recovery, similar to Dr. Strange’s search for his miracle in the Marvel series.

When I first embarked on my sobriety and entrepreneurial journey, I felt alone and confused, searching for women, LGBTQ+, and minority BIPOC sponsors and leaders to guide me. I understand the challenges you face because I’ve been there too. With my experience and expertise, I’m uniquely qualified to help you navigate these obstacles and achieve the Sober Abundant Life Vision transformation you seek.

At our “Best Business Center” Women’s Biz Coop, we are solving the spiritual problem of why 56% of businesses fail in the first 4 years (according to the US Small Business Administration, where I used to teach and coach clients).

By 2056, we hope 50% of businesses are owned by women, LGBTQ, and minority BIPOC leaders and entrepreneurs.

          Delayed Progress

Slower personal and professional growth due to lack of structured Experiences.

Or YOYO (You On Your Own)

          Drawbacks of YOYO Approach

Sure, you could do it on your own, like I did, spending a decade and half in the rooms collecting fellowships like Pokemon due to:

          • Fragmented Information: Difficulty in finding cohesive and relevant resources for your sobriety and trauma recovery plus your entrepreneurial life transformation.
          • Time-Consuming: Spend more time going to meetings like a part-time job job.

It’s your life. No one can make a decision, but you about your next best T.E.A. (Thought. Emotion. Action.).
