Life is a true joy that I embrace each day. But even in my wonderful existence, there are times of trials and tribulations.
When I experience troubling situations, I am confident that I can do whatever is necessary to resolve them.
When I face a challenge, I summon my inner strength. I give myself positive messages. I say things like, “I know I can do it.” I might even smile to myself when I am in a tough situation. I do these things because I know I have made it through many stumbling blocks before and can do so now.
I see the challenge as just one more opportunity to show I can overcome and continue to live the way I truly deserve to.
I can make it through anything. I face every challenge and rise above each one. My personal strength sustains me throughout each of these experiences.
Dealing with challenges allows me to expand my repertoire of skills.
I ask myself if I need to call someone for help. I examine my options to resolve the issue. I weigh out the possible solutions. I decide which plan of action can best lead me to a successful conclusion.
Today, I know I can meet head-on with any difficulty that comes my way. I am destined to live a beautiful, tranquil, and successful life. I am living it today and every day.
I am proud of the way I handle my life challenges so successfully.
