DISC provides a highly detailed analysis of each individual’s Natural and Adaptive behavioral styles.
A person’s behavior is often the strongest predictor of fit; whether that be within a particular job, as a member of a team, or as the leader of an organization.
Members can choose from several report options, including general development for gaining insight into behavioral styles (Self), leadership coaching and development (Leadership), behavioral profiling for sales training (Sales), enhancing customer service communication (Service), or gaining valuable insights into one’s behavior for consulting (Coaching). Each report is designed to boost the performance of teams and individuals by leveraging the four main DISC styles.
